“Psychotherapy creates space for people to slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and move through life with greater clarity and freedom.” - Cosmin Fatu
A grounded and compassionate approach

Over 15 years I've worked with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, life transitions, addiction, self-worth issues, and existential questions around meaning and identity. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, self-awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
